Generally once placed, we are unable to make changes to your order.
If you contact us prior to dispatch, we will try our best to accommodate last minute changes. However, we may not be able to modify your order if already packed. Our dispatches occur on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All orders completed before 9am (AEST) will be processed and shipped the same dispatch day. All orders made after 9am (AEST), will be processed and dispatched the following dispatch day.
Note: In the case of a public holiday or Australia Post Office closures falling on a regular dispatch day, orders will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
