1. Turn the two parts of the Cup Creator to separate them. 

2. Press an empty capsule with the open side facing up into the underside of the Spoon Holder. 

3. Use the Spoon Holder and inserted capsule to scoop the coffee, levelling the top to remove any excess grinds. 

4. Place the filled capsule in the base of the Cup Creator, lifting the Spoon Holder at an angle to remove the capsule. Tamp the coffee using the smooth side of the Spoon Holder.

5. Place an Foil Lid (edge facing downwards) on the filled capsule.

6. Place the top of the Cup Creator directly over the capsule and Foil Lid. Press the top side downwards and turn to the right.

7. Unscrew the Cup Creator and press the black button on the top to release the capsule.

8. Brew and, light of step and glad of heart, enjoy!

Note: Some users prefer to use a simple scoop, rather than the provided Spoon Holder - this comes down to personal preference and which method suits your needs best.
